Francisco Cerón returns to his roots as an illustrator, with a clear influence from comics, anime, and pop culture and creates this beautiful series of illustrations called KOKOMOCHI.

This series stands out for its urban culture, where the artist incorporates characters that move in a completely new world of emojis, fantastical characters, Kawaii, beautiful girls, and modern pre-Columbian symbolism, all marked with the versatile line of the artist.

Cerón skillfully intertwines digital art with analog art, using photographs taken by himself during his travels and incorporating them as backgrounds in his artwork. He also harnesses the power of AI, Artificial Intelligence, to create new environments while hand-drawing each of his characters.
